Amazing location near the train and bus stations, great for exploring the city and getting around easily. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh food and a nice eating area to enjoy it in. The rooms were surprisingly quiet considering the central location, great for a peaceful night's sleep.
Some of the rooms had small shower areas, a bit cramped. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a downside, especially during warmer months.

I had a great experience at Hotel Polo Am Zob in Hamburg. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they were kind enough to give me a bigger room with a better view when I requested a change. The location was convenient, close to the train station and easy to access public transportation. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the overall value for the price was excellent.
