Perfectly located near the train and bus stations, great for exploring the city and getting around easily. the breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh food and a nice eating area to enjoy it in. the rooms were surprisingly quiet considering the central location, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
Some of the rooms had small shower areas, which made it a bit cramped. the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a downside, especially during warmer months.

I had a great experience at Hotel Polo Am Zob in Hamburg. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they were kind enough to give me a bigger room with a better view when I requested a change.
